Panic Symptoms Test – Do You Need To Take One?

Do you actually know what an anxiety or panic attack really is? I can say from experience they are darn scary and it wasn’t even me having the attack! I was in the car while my wife was driving when she was hit with a panic attack.

I sure wish we’d had the opportunity to know beforehand by taking a panic disorder symptoms test. Unfortunately we had to learn from a full blown attack.

I don’t mind telling you I was scared to death. I’m mid forties and I’ve never seen anything like the thing that my wife was in the grip of. “In the grip of” is a good description as well. It was like two giant invisible hands were crushing her.

I reckon millions of people don’t even realise they are having a panic attack, but they are. They may experience different levels of anxiety but the fact remains, they are a victim. It’s not all doom and gloom as they can be easily conquered no matter how bad.

We saw a handful of doctors who all had a similar viewpoint. It’s in your head they’d say. There’s nothing to fear they would say. I’ve seen these attacks and there is definitely something to fear if you don’t know how to stop them.

Who cares if it’s all in your head? The fact is when it grips you, you know you’re gripped! Here are just a few symptoms to look out for. If they seem familiar then you may be a sufferer. If you are then now is the time to take action before you get an attack in a life threatening situation like my wife (and I) did.

Are you often feeling irritated for what seems no reason If you are constantly feeling irritable then you may be heading for a panic attack.

Are you a worrier Worrying more than normal can be a sure sign you may be leading up to having an attack.

Do you have heart palpitations & shallow breath This one is a serious symptom. Heart palpitations or shallow breath could signal that you are having anxiety attacks already. Take further action to stop these attacks.
