It is this precise knowledge that enables them to achieve their goals so effectively.

Ask Yourself Productive Questions

We constantly ask ourselves questions. What we ask, and how we ask it will determine whether or not we get what we want in life. By asking ourselves productive, constructive, detailed questions, we focus our minds on exactly what we want, rather than on things we don’t want or negative things from our past. Energy for Life: Part 1 of the Law to Success

The Law to Success program is divided into a Life Circle with 8 areas. Your top priority among those 8 areas is Health. After all, if you have great health, that makes everything else in life easier. Conversely, if you don’t have good health, everything else in your life becomes more difficult. Given that, let’s focus on the Health portion of your Life Circle, the part of the Law to Success program called Energy for Life.

Food is the first topic. Adrian Law, the creator of the Law to Success Mastery program, classifies foods by the frequency of their inherent electrical vibrations. In this model, higher vibrations are better, meaning that the healthier a food is for you, the higher its inherent vibration speed is. Junk food like chocolate cake or fast food burgers have low vibration speeds and are flat out bad for you. Fruits and quality proteins have higher inherent vibrations, making them definitely better for you, while green vegetables have the highest vibration speeds of any foods and are thus the most healthy.

Next comes drink. Adrian cites a 2002 study in the American Journal of Epidemiology that showed higher risks of fatal heart attacks when people are dehydrated. He lays out the quantity and types of drinks that are appropriate to maintaining your best health. He specifically and strenuously argues against consuming drinks that contain caffeine and alcohol, as these actually dehydrate you, making them harmful to your healthfulness, rather than helpful.

When it comes to exercise, Adrian presents a simple program of aerobic walking as part of an eight day Law to Success challenge. However, resolving our past shame is often much easier said than done. Often the memories of our past become so deeply entrenched in our subconscious that it becomes difficult to let go of them. Self-hypnosis visualizations- The subconscious mind understands the language of visuals. Step 1-Sit or lie down in a comfortable position

Step 2-Close your eyes

Step 4-Focus on every in-breath and out-breath

Step 5-Imagine that you are taking in light and energy with every in-breath and exhaling all your stress and anxiety with every out-breath

Step 6-Now imagine a beam of white light entering your body through the top of your head

Step 7- Let the light travel to every part of your body

Step 8- Pay attention to each part of the body that the light travels to

Step 9- Feel every muscle go limp and let every cell shine bright with this white light

Step 10- Let the light leave your body from the soles of your feet

Step 11- Now imagine that you are standing on a beach

Step 12- Feel the soft and squishy sand under your feet

Step 13- Look as far as your vision goes

Step 14-See the horizon, where the lovely blue sea meets the sunshine splattered sky

Step 15- Look around you, you’ll see a wooden stick lying on the beach

Step 16-Pick it up and write the names of all those people you have hurt/abused or seek forgiveness from on the sand

Step 17- Now imagine that a wave clears away all the names you have written

Step 18- Slowly relax and clear your mind then open your eyes when you are ready.

Subliminal messages-

Subliminal messages are beyond the perception of the conscious mind but have the power to influence and re-program the subconscious. These messages can re-program your subconscious in such a way, that you can:

  • Allow your subconscious mind to bring your past shame or guilty actions to the surface, so that you can examine and understand them.

  • Subliminally learn to neutralize the act in your mind, so that you are able to put your shame to rest, gain real closure and get on with your life.

Causes On Anxiety Attack In Children

It is worth noting that even though children do not have jobs to contend with, which causes the abundance of anxiety in adults, there are many other reasons that give rise to anxiety in children. One of the main cause of anxiety in children has to do with home life.

If a child has an abusive parent or parents,as an example, the child will often suffer from anxiety in the fear that he or she will be hit for the slightest of reasons. Moreover, anxiety in children can also be caused by divorce. Indeed, any sort of abrupt change in home life can result in anxiety in children.

It is very important to note that children anxiety can happen just because of genetics. If ever anxiety disorders run in a family, the chances are good that a child will inherit an anxiety disorder as well.
